Free shipping on all US orders.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 7-12 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@nuelya.com and we will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

We currently ship to the United States only.
